ABOUT
Clive is an independent Chartered Town Planner. He has over 20 years’ experience within the distributed energy sector, both as a local government officer and as an experienced planning consultant within the private sector. During this period he has developed a positive reputation within the low carbon energy sector for delivering a quality service.
He has managed a wide range of low carbon and renewable energy projects for businesses and individuals seeking to take advantage of the Feed-in Tariff. He has experience of developing STOR, battery storage, wind, biomass, anaerobic digestion, solar and hydro projects. In addition to providing and co-ordinating planning input he has a sound knowledge of all technical input associated with energy development. He has managed multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects of a high quality, on-time and within budgets.
He has also worked with clients on broader project delivery including; feasibility, site selection, business case development, grid connection, procurement and project delivery. This has led to having extensive knowledge and experience both of working with local authority planning officers, members and stakeholders.
